PSC Pvt.Ltd is  Govt. Registered Valuers of Ministry of Finance, Department of Revenue, Income Tax Department and authorized to undertake valuation of real estate and Plant Machinery and Vehicles  for asset evaluation and / or for capital gains as required by the Income Tax Department of India.

PSC Pvt. Ltd is an authorized Panel Consultant for  Nationalized, Co-operative Banks, and Credit Co-op Societies for Valuation Sector (Immovable & Movable Properties) and as a Panel Company for the Architectural consulting.

PSC Pvt Ltd is also provided the Valuation services to the Sugar Factories & heavy engineering, Agriculture and Textile Industries & Cinema Theatres also.
